And priorities... I had a girlfriend who was diagnosed with breast cancer a couple of years ago, and she opted for treatment that included the removal of an ovary based upon the fact that she would get to keep her hair.... lucky for her, it worked!
My mum would be happy if she got to keep her eyebrows
I have a beautiful auburn wig, human hair (definitely not a cheapie). May be a bit long, but could be cut. I'm not sure how your mum wears her hair. If you are interested, or would like me to send it up so mum can try it on I'd be only too happy.
