I dont know if you read it or not as no one has commented
but
If you eat 3 apples a day, seeds and ALL, you will get as much vitamin B17 as you should in a normal diet
the vitamin is in the seeds of all fruits except citrus but especially in apricot kernels, delicious apples, crushed linseed too apparently and other stuff
...and if you havent read it then do so
NOW

Concerned blog reader.
I have read it, It is very interesting indeed, where do you get it from?
Do you chew the seeds, or can you just swallow them whole? I eat some seeds, but I haven't tried those. Does it matter if they've been roasted or anything??
Funnily enough 'concerned', I just did that week before last. I am assuming all was ok as I havent been called back in..thanks anyway
Cyndy, you can chw them or grind them into a powder and put em on cereal, not swallowed whole though.
If you google B17 or apricot kernels diana you will find australian suppliers.
and not roasted, boiled or anything, just the plain seed, can be dried of course
They used to say an apple a day keeps the doctor away but with all that sugar it makes the dentists quite rich.
did you know that apple seeds also contain arsenic, so i'm not sure how good 3 per day of a long time might be..maybe need to stick to apriot kernels
