I went for a walk today...its beautiful out there

see.....

AND

here's a funny

I sold a house today.....(bowing gracefully to all the applause)

funnier yet

Love the photo.
Too weird!! But good about the house. I ran into two long lost Donnas today, in completely random places. Weird too.xx♥

I had to laugh at the comment about starting to pick one up even without wanting it. I remember times after I quit drinking that I would be looking into the top shelf of the kitchen cabinet wondering why I had opened it and then realizing my arm had reached up on its own accord, out of habit, without any thought, to get the bottle of rum that was no longer there. Congratulations.

Congratulations on the sale and the smoking. I quit smoking many years ago. I know what you are going through. It's funny - years after quitting people tell me, "I can't believe that you ever smoked!" And neither can I. Now it is just a distant memory.

Congratulations re: the sale (yes, a reminder from the universe about the completion of a cycle and confirmation that it is the right time to move on to the next phase) and also for being aware of the habit as being a separate thing to the addiction.

It's hard to break those psychological ties to the smoking (i.e. "I have a cig after while I wait on the laundry.") or whatever you associate with getting that cigarette. So, you will feel a bit flustered for a bit trying to forget those habits. You can do it!
