The bare bones of it.....

Sometimes
to be true to me
I must be truthful with you

this hurts

if I said I was sorry
I would be lying

I wont lie

that I
intended no hurt
makes it no less painful

if I said
this hurt me too

would it really matter?

Sigh, yes you have to truthful, even if it hurts both yourself and another.

I've lately had experience with this very thing, it's hard.

((Hugs))

That is so good that you are brave enough to be true to you ...yes it is.

I have so often in my past lives ...done the opposite!

Don't forget to breathe.

The only truth that hurts is "truth" without compassion.

I think we call that cruelty.

A truth compassionately conveyed is a gift.

The truth given might be hurtful. Sometimes the unspoken words are feelings others hold, but can't face either because of pain, and bringing about circumstances you don't want to face.

What ever the case, when it involves another, that you care about in some way shape or form, then you must speak it.

Hurtful as it might seem, given time, it is the best thing for all.
